DAY 1 – Sunday, October 10th
Arrival at Ville Ferrano, San Giovanni d’Asso
After settling into the charming Ville Ferrano, let the adventure begin!
6:00 PM - Pizza Party at Il Poderino
Gather at my home for a delightful pizza-making celebration. Under the starlit Tuscan sky, we’ll craft our own pizzas in a traditional wood-fired oven while enjoying the lively tunes of a local Italian band and exquisite local wines.
DAY 2 – Monday, October 11th, Discovering Montalcino and one of the world’s most famous wines, Brunello di Montalcino.
10:00 AM - Journey to Montalcino. Set off to explore the charming town of Montalcino with a guided tour of this medieval village overlooking stunning views. Some free time for shopping.
1:00 PM - Lunch and Vineyard Tour at Tenuta Fanti Vineyard overlooking the picturesque hills of the Val d'orcia. We will enjoy a spectacular meal along with delicious Fanti wines.
After lunch we will head over to Sant’Antimo Abbey, an architectural gem steeped in history. Wander through its serene grounds and uncover tales from its Benedictine heritage.
5:00 PM - Wine Experience- Head to Castello Banfi for an incredible tour of the famous castle and a special dinner and wine pairing curated just for us.
DAY 3: Tuesday, October 12th, Olive Harvest
8:00 AM - Yoga (Optional) Enjoy a picturesque yoga class (hopefully poolside) overlooking the beautiful and serene Tuscan hills.
10:00 AM - Olive Harvest - Head to Il Poderino for an incredible immersive experience. You will enjoy a hands-on experience as you harvest olives with me in my olive grove. We will hand-pick the olives. This is a true Tuscan experience where you will learn about the harvesting process of this truly special extra virgin olive oil.
Once our harvest is complete, Dena will prepare a delightful lunch to enjoy under the sun-drenched Tuscan skies.
4 PM - Cooking class with the the famous chef Gian Carla at Monteverdi
Join Chef Giancarla in her charming farmhouse kitchen at Monteverde for a hands-on Tuscan cooking class. Learn to make fresh pasta and traditional dishes using local ingredients. Afterward, enjoy your creations over a shared meal paired with Monteverdi wines and stunning vineyard views—a true taste of Tuscany.
DAY 4: Wednesday, October 13th, A Day of Relaxation and Revelry
9:00 am - Truffle Hunting - San Giovanni d’Asso is famous for truffles. We will go hunting for these treasures at Podere la Villa and enjoy a light lunch after.
1:00 pm - Frantoio Visit - We will head to Frantoio Oliviera in Sant’ Angelo, one of Tuscany’s most renowned olive mills. Witness the birth of 'Liquid Gold' as olives transform into extra virgin olive oil. Be the first to taste this fresh delight!
2:30 PM - Return to Ville Ferrano and enjoy some time poolside or ***OPTIONAL MASSAGE- We will offer luxurious massages to help you relax. Available on a first come first serve basis. Details to follow.
7:00 pm - Gala Harvest Dinner at Ville Ferrano - Prepare for an extraordinary evening filled with Italian charm to celebrate the olive harvest.! Enjoy a cocktail hour with sensational local opera singers, followed by an exquisite three-course dinner accompanied by local wines. Dance the night away to the captivating melodies of a talented Italian band.
DAY 5 –Thursday, October 14th The Under the Tuscan Sun Day
10:00 AM - Pienza Exclusive Tour - Embark on a private exploration of Pienza one of Tuscany’s gems.
12:00 PM - Head to Mascagni Organic Farm for an exclusive Olive Oil Class and lunch cooked by an Italian Nonna with ingredients grown on the property. A true farm to table experience.
2:30 PM - Head to Montepulciano for a tour of the historic village of Montepulciano, where you’ll discover hidden gems. There is also some time to enjoy some shopping.
6:30 PM - Authentic Tuscan Flag Ceremony reminiscent of the heartwarming scenes from "Under the Tuscan Sun."
8:30 PM- Dinner in San Giovanni d’Asso at Osteria delle Crete
Day 6 - Friday, October 15th
11:00 AM - Time to bid farewell as we check out. On to our next exciting adventure!

Price: For just $5,900 per person (based on double occupancy, $6,250 for singles), embark on the Tuscan trip of your dreams. Your experience covers cozy accommodations at the beautiful Ville Ferrano, all in-trip transportation, indulgent meals, superb wines, and captivating events. All rooms at Ville Ferrano have a private bathroom with a shared living room and kitchen. Please note, the cost does not cover airfare, transfer to and from Tuscany or the massage.
