Cheese in a sunflower shape is so easy to make. Your guests will love it.
Sunflower of Cheese
Ingredients
(Serves 4)
8 oz. Cheddar Cheese, sliced into small triangles
8 oz. Colby Jack Cheese, sliced into triangles
4 tbsp. Fig Jam
1 Asparagus
2 Slices of Cucumber, cut on the diagonal
Crackers of Choice
Method
In a platter, take cheddar cheese and lay it out in a single layer in a circle.
Then make another circular layer with colby jack cheese.
Place the fig jam in the center.
Use the asparagus as the sunflower stem and cucumbers as the leaves.
Serve with crackers.
