Peach Cobbler (my way)

Peach cobbler alla mode (my way) with amaretti cookie crumbs and vanilla gelato is a delicious recipe that is so easy to do and is sure to impress.

Peach Cobbler with Amaretti 

Ingredients (Serves 4)

4 Peaches, Halved with Stone Removed

10 Tsp. Amaretti Cookie Crumbs, Crush the amaretti cookies into crumbs in a ziplock bags

2 Tbsp. Butter, Cut into 8 slices

4 Tsp. Brown Sugar

4 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream or Gelato 

Method

Preheat the oven to 375 Degrees. Place the peaches core side up on a baking sheet.  Sprinkle 1 ¼ tsp of amaretti cookies crumbs on each peach followed by  ½  tsp. of brown sugar, and a pat of  butter.  Place in the oven. 

Remove from the oven and place a scoop of ice cream on top of each peach.  Garnish with fresh mint. Serve.
