Espresso Martinis (batched)

These batched Espresso Martinis are perfect for the holidays.  They can be made in advance (up to 5 days) and stored in your refrigerator. Then when you are ready pour into a shaker with ice, shake, pour and enjoy.

 

Batched Espresso Martinis

(Makes 12 4 oz. Cocktails)

1 ½ Cups Freshly Brewed Espresso

1 ½ Cups Frangelico

1 ½ Cups Espresso Vodka (I Use Van Gogh)

1 ½ Cups Double Espresso Vodka (I Use Van Gogh)

Espresso beans for serving (Optional)

 

Combine all the ingredients in a container and store in your refrigerator.  When you are ready to use put ice in a shaker.  Add about a ½ cup of the mixture and shake well.  Strain into a martini glass, top with espresso beans for garnish and serve.

Can be made up to 5 days in advance.
