Christmas White Chocolate Fudge With Cranberries
3 ¾ cups of white chocolate chips (24 ounces)
14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
1 ½ tsp vanilla
1 cup of dried cranberries
Pinch of salt
Red and white sprinkles
Line a 9×9 square pan with parchment paper. Place white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir and melt for another 30 seconds. Stir in the vanilla extract, cranberries and the salt. Quickly transfer to a lined pan and spread out evenly. Top with the sprinkles and press down into the fudge. Let it cool completely to room temperature before cutting into squares. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
