Turkey Meatballs Stuffed with Mozzarella



-1 pound of ground turkey

-1 ½ cups of Italian breadcrumbs

-4 TBSP milk

-1 egg

-4 garlic cloves finely chopped

-1 TBSP olive oil

-salt and pepper to taste

-4 ounces of mozzarella cheese cut into small cubes

-¼ cup of grated cheese

-2 cups marinara

-parsley for garnish



In a large bowl combine turkey, breadcrumbs,milk,egg, garlic,

grated cheese, olive oil, salt and pepper.  Form small meatballs. Press one mozzarella cube into the middle of each meatball.  Preheat the air fryer to 375.  Cook for 8 minutes and then add to the marinara for 12 minutes at a simmer.  Serve topped with grated cheese and parsley.
