🍋 Ingredients 🍋 

¾ cups of Lemon Sorbet

¾ cups of Prosecco-chilled. My favorite is LaMarca

2 Tbsp. vodka – chilled. 

Lemon slices and mint to garnish. 

-Chill both the glasses and a metal mixing bowl first. Then whisk together the Prosecco and the sorbet. Add 2 tablespoons of vodka and keep mixing. Serve in the chilled champagne flutes.
