The easiest, no fuss Sausage & Peppers, is so easy you are going to want to put this recipe on repeat for BBQ Season.  This whole recipe is mess free (have to love that) and made completely on the grill.

6 peppers –  sliced 

1 onion – sliced

½ cup extra virgin olive oil 

Salt and pepper to taste 

8 sausage links of your choice(I like to mix hot and sweet)

Turn the BBQ on medium heat. In a disposable aluminum pan combine the peppers, onions, olive oil, salt and pepper. Cover with aluminum foil and put the aluminum pan on the grill for about 20 to 30 minutes. Grill the sausage. When cooked, remove from the grill and let rest for about 10 minutes and slice up. Combine them with pepper and onions and serve. It’s a marriage made in heaven 😀!!!
