No bake Oreo Nutella pudding cream pie lasted  in my house for about 5 minutes. The taste of the Oreo crust with the homemade Nutella pudding is to die for. Best of all this dessert is an easy recipe to prepare for the holidays. It can even be made up to 3 days in advance. 

Oreo Nutella Cream Pie

The Crust 

1 ¼ Cups Oreo Crumbs

¼ cup Butter -melted 

The Filling

2 Tbsp. Cornstarch

1 Tbsp. Cocoa powder

2 Cups Whole Milk

¼ tsp. Salt

¾ Cups Nutella

½ Cup Dark Chocolate 

Whipped Cream

1 Cup Cold Heavy Cream 

2 Tbsp.  Confectioners Sugar

½ tsp. Vanilla Extract

For the crust combine the Oreo crumbs with the melted butter in a bowl. Put the crumbs in a 9 inch pie crust and form the crust and refrigerate for 2 hours. 

In a bowl combine the cornstarch, cocoa powder and ½ cup of milk and whisk.

In a small saucepan heat up 1 ½ cups of milk, the Nutella, and the salt. Whisk this mixture until the Nutella melts. Add the cornstarch mixture to the Nutella milk. Keep whisking until it comes to a boil. Add the dark chocolate. Continuously whisk  for two minutes.Let it cool for about five minutes. Pour the pudding into the pie crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. 

To make the whipped cream combine the cold heavy cream, powdered sugar and the vanilla in a mixer. Beat until the mixture becomes a cream. Top the pie with the cream to serve.
