Grilled Peach, Burrata, Prosciutto and Pesto Pizzette

2 Flatbreads (I use the Naan from Kontos)

4 Tbsp. Olive Oil

2 Peaches – cut into ¼ slices

⅓ Cup of Pesto – Check Out Our Pesto Recipe on Our Website

2 Small Burrata

2 Slices Prosciutto – 1 per Pizzette

10 Basil Leaves – Chopped

 

Turn your grill to medium heat.  Put the peaches in a bowl and lightly coat with olive oil.  Place on the grill and cook each peach for about 3 minutes on each side. Remove from the grill and set aside. Next, brush the Naan (flatbread with olive oil).  Place the naan on the grill and cook (covered) for about 4 minutes and turn and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. Now it is time to assemble your pizzette.  Spread the pesto all over the surface of the bread.  Place the peaches on the naan in a single layer.  Break up the burrata with a spoon and place dollops around the pizette.  Next, take the prosciutto and pull it apart and evenly distribute it as well. Put back on the grill, cover and cook for 3 minutes and serve.
