Gluten and Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Banana Bread 

3 bananas (must be ripe)

1 cup of gluten free flour (I use Cup for Cup brand)

¼ tsp. Salt

¾ tsp. Baking Soda

2 tbsp. Butter (make sure it is soft) 

½ cup Swerve (sugar free) brown sugar 

2 tbsp. Unsweetened Apple Sauce

2 egg whites

1 ½ tsp. Vanilla Extract

1 cup sugar free chocolate chips (I use Lilly’s brand)


Preheat oven 350°. Spray a loaf pan with baking spray.

In a bowl combine the flour, salt and baking soda and set aside. 

In a mixer, combine the butter and sugar. Add the apple sauce, eggs, vanilla, abd banana, 

Gradually add the flour to the egg mixture.

Bake at 350° for about 35 minutes or until a knife inserted down the middle of the loaf comes out clean.
