Cranberry Sauce

 

Ingredients:

-1 bag of cranberries

-1 cup granulated sugar

-1 orange peel

-2 TBSP water

-1 cinnamon stick

 

Directions:

Add all of the ingredients to a medium pot over low heat stirring for 10 minutes.  Increase the heat to medium and and cook until the cranberries pop and become a sauce.  Before serving remove the cinnamon stick and the orange peel.

We love to serve the over some brie for an amazing appetizer.
