onfetti Donuts with Vanilla Glaze
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups of all purpose flour
½ cup of rainbow sprinkles plus extra for garnish
Funfetti sprinkles for garnish
2 tsp baking powder
½ cup of sugar
¼ tsp salt
1 large egg
½ cup of whole milk
1 tsp vanilla
4 TBSP unsalted butter-melted
Directions:
Mix together flour, baking powder, sugar, sprinkles and salt. Whisk together egg, milk, vanilla and butter in a separate bowl. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Scoop the batter into a pastry bag or a 1 gallon plastic bag and snip off the corner of the bag. Add the batter to the donut molds about ¾ full. Bake for 1 ½ minutes and then flp and cook for another 2 ½ to 3 minutes. Remove from the donut maker and let cool completely.
Vanilla Glaze
¾ cup of confectioners sugar
½ tsp of vanilla
2 ½ tbsp heavy cream
Mix ingredients and ice your donuts. Make sure they are completely cooled first!
