Cinnamon Flatbread Pizza with Mascarpone 

 

Ingredients:

½ stick butter-melted

½ cup white sugar

6 flatbread-I used @kontos brand

2 Tbsp cinnamon

½ cup sour cream 

1 cup mascarpone cheese

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1 cup powdered sugar

Fruit-Strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, cherries, mint for garnish

 

Directions:

Melt butter. Mix the white sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.  Line sheet pan with parchment paper. Brush each flatbread with the melted butter and sprinkle  cinnamon sugar on top of each flat bread.  Any extra cinnamon sugar can be used on ice cream or yogurt. Cook at 250 degrees for 25 minutes. Mix together the mascarpone cheese, vanilla, sour cream and powdered sugar.  Put in the refrigerator for 10 min. Remove flatbread from oven and let cool. Spread the mascarpone mixture on top of each flat bread. Top with assorted fruit and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar. Garnish with mint.
