Bowtie Pasta with Pesto
Ingredients:
1 pound of bowtie pasta
1 large bunch of fresh basil
½ cup grated parm reggiano
⅓ cup toasted pignoli nuts
5 garlic cloves
Olive Oil for drizzling
Salt & Pepper to taste
Cherry tomatoes for garnish
Directions:
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor. Keep adding olive oil until the mixture comes together. Cook the pasta and add the sauce to the cooked pasta. Garnish with the cherry tomatoes.
