Barrel Aged Negroni

 

3 Cups Campari

3 Cups Sweet Vermouth

3 Cups Gin

Orange Peel for serving

1 Small Aging Barrel

Pour all ingredients into the barrel. Let it age for at least three weeks.  To serve, in a shaker filled with ice dispense about three shots of the mixture.  Give it a good shake and pour over a large ice cube.  Garnish with orange peel.
